About CROMO

Who we are

CROMO began in 2012, when Edoardo Vojvoda came back from the United States and started directing and shooting.

What started as one person slowly became a team. In 2018 we made it official, and we needed a name.

We chose CROMO. It comes from the Greek word for colour, it is short, easy to remember, and it sounds much the same in many languages. After years spent filming cars, it also brings chrome to mind. It suits the way we work.

We are problem solvers. Whatever comes up during a project, we find a way through it ourselves. There are plenty of talented people in this industry, but some of them create more problems than they solve — and every problem adds time and cost. We work the other way round. It comes from a mix we are proud of: the self-reliance of Friuli and a Californian attitude to work.
