1. Data controller

2. Browsing data

When you visit the site, the hosting provider automatically records technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and time of the request. This data is used only to deliver the site, keep it secure and diagnose problems. It is not used to identify visitors and is deleted after a short period, under the hosting provider's retention rules.

3. Contact form

If you write to us through the contact form, we receive your name, email address, company (if given), the type of project and your message. The form is delivered by Web3Forms (web3forms.com), a service that forwards the message to our mailbox. We use this information only to reply to you and, if a collaboration follows, to manage it. The legal basis is your request and any pre-contractual steps that follow (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Messages are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and in any case no longer than 24 months, unless a contract requires otherwise.

4. Embedded videos

The site shows videos hosted on YouTube, a service of Google Ireland Limited. We use YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), which does not set tracking cookies until you interact with a video. Loading a video still connects your browser to YouTube's servers, which receive your IP address. Google's privacy policy applies: policies.google.com/privacy

5. Fonts and statistics

Fonts are served directly from our site: no data is sent to third parties to display them.

We measure visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not collect personal data that could identify you.

6. Cookies

The site does not use profiling or advertising cookies, and does not set cookies of its own. For this reason no cookie banner is shown. Cookies may be set by YouTube only if you interact with an embedded video, as described in section 4.

7. Recipients and transfers

Data is not disclosed or sold to anyone. It may be processed by the providers listed above, acting as data processors, and by the competent authorities where required by law. Where a provider transfers data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer takes place under the safeguards of Articles 44–49 GDPR, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions.

8. Your rights

You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format (Articles 15–22 GDPR). Write to info@cromostudio.it: we will reply within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).

We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page, with the date of the last update.
